30 Day Photo Challenge Day 6

Day 06 - A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day.

At first glance at this question I was stumped. I really couldn't think of anyone I'd rather be than me =)
Don't get me wrong, there are lots of people I admire & love but it was difficult to decide who I'd like to be for a day. Then after some thought it came to me...Mary Magdalene.
Now, why her you ask??
I think the picture says a lot....I feel like Mary so often.
Beaten, weary, broken, scared, undeserving.
But you see how she's at Jesus feet? That's where I like to be, it's where I need to be...at His feet, humbled.
Reaching out to Him.
I'd love to be her for a day, walking in His presence, seeing His face, hearing Him speak. I'm fully aware that I can do all these things right now, today in the spiritual sense. But to be PHYSICALLY in the presence of my Lord & King.
Wow, the absolute wonder & beauty of that thought is overwhelming.
Yes, I'd like to trade places with Mary Magdalene for a day...but Praise God there will be a day when I will be face to face with my Savior.

Day 04 - A picture of your night.

I really like sleep....but it doesn't like me. My bed is always full of my girlies, they rarely seem tired. Why is that? The hubby & I joke that they tag team us, as soon as The Munchkin is sleepin, this one desperately needs a sip of water. Then that one is scared of who knows what, by the time the older two are back in bed the baby is up again...
We're both beginning to wonder if this is some kind of ploy to make sure we're dopey the next day & let them watch too much television & eat gobs of sugar...hmmmmm.
Well, this is a picture of my night & the season of my life, and I love it!!

Day 03 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show.

I had to think about this a little. I have shows that I watch now & that I like too. But I couldn't think of one that was a "must" an absolute favorite. So I asked myself if I could only watch one television show for the rest of my life what would it be??
Little House On The Prairie popped in my head faster that you can say "Pa plays a mean fiddle"
I love this show so much, it reminds me of being a little girl & I really enjoy watching it with my little girls.

Day 02 - A picture of you and the person you have been close
with for the longest.

This is my super awesome sister, Lisa.
AKA...Sa, Manty Sa, & Masa.
She is amazing, I love her so much & I'm so thankful God would give her to little ole me. I look up to her because she is worthy of looking up to.

Lisa & I weren't always "close" when we were kids I think we could of just about killed each other! But even then I knew I could count on her just like I know she's here for me now. In what was by far the most difficult season of my life my sister was more than "close" to me, she took care of me & loved me through my pain.
So, I guess that's a little more than you asked for but I can't help but gush about my sis.
She's beautiful.

Day 01 - A picture of yourself with fifteen facts.

1. I am the Mommy of 6 beautiful kids.
2. I've been married for 9 years this upcoming July.
3. I love to cook, bake, anything which requires lots of taste testing by Moi.
4. I can't swim ;(
5. I'm the "baby" of the family.
6. I love Jesus with all my heart, He is my everything.
7. I love to read & can put a book away in one night if I really love it.
8. I'm not perfect....I know, shocking isn't it??
9. I still get butterflies when I look at my handsome man =)
10. I can be horribly insecure.
11. I was deathly of trees, well into adulthood. No, not because of poltergeist.
12. I didn't learn to drive til my early 20's.
13. With the exception of my Hubby, my mama & my sis are my besties.
14. I danced with Jon Bon Jovi once.
15. I haven't had a solid night of sleep in over a year & I LOVE IT!
